FYI - Total piling failure has resulted in 2 spans falling into the water. I am not aware of an immediate environmental issue. The
least desirable product is the creosote treated timbers and they've been standing in the water for many years. This proj�ct has
alr�ady b��n p�rmitt�d. Th� contractor is �xp�ct�d to mov� in vvithin 30 days or I�ss. Th�r� may b� som� outstanding loos�
�nds d�aling vvith right-of-vvay and utiliti�s that still n��d to b� addr�ss�d. W� vvill g�t start�d as soon as vv� can.
