Who is the Division 9 Environmental Supervisor?

How would they know there are no issues since they have never inspected the curtains? I have sent them videos
showing water overflowing the curtains in several places. Plus the lake is constantly muddy past the two curtains and
Dave Wanucha has noted the large amounts of settlement on the sides of the lake as well as the mud that covers the
bottom so much that a “burst of mud” occurs when a large fish is distributed.

Also to keep all this on this email, have I correctly understood that the DOT has not been taking turbidity samples since
2015 and only two durning that time and the samples were never sent off to a lab for analysis? Is that correct?

Also I had specific questions regarding the regulations of my lake. I appreciate the whole manual you sent but Mr. Ivy
directed me to send those questions to you to be answered. Could you send me the regulations that Amy has followed
regarding the environment concerns of the lake.

According to our Division 9 Environmental Supervisor,
considered, and maintenance of erosion control measures is only required when there is an issue with the
measure. There have been no issues that required maintenance of the curtain. There isn't a regulation
specific to turbidity curtains.
