I am so very sorry for the goose chase Rob! The 401/Buffer permit drawings are
supposed to be part of the PCN package, but it looks like they were left out of the final
PDF! I sincerely apologize for that oversight. I have attached a revised PDF of the PCN
package that includes Permit Drawings, and also attached the standalone permit
drawings in case you'd rather keep them separate.
Let me know if you need anything else!

I've been scrolling thru these today trying to review this project.
The 200+ pages of plans is massive and I can't seem to find the 401/Buffer permit
drawings in there? Am I missing something? I see roadway marking, sediment/erosion
control and a few others. What page do the 401/Buffer impacts start on?

On behalf of our client, the Town of Morrisville, Kimley-Horn is submitting via ShareFile
the Nationwide 14 PCN application package and plan sheets for the TIP# U-5828 NC 54
Bypass (McCrimmon Parkway) project in Morrisville, Wake County, NC. The physical
check for the $570 application fee is being submitted separately to NCDWR Central
Office for processing.
