Hi Everyone,
Attached you will find a PCN and Preliminary JD for the previously requested culvert
replacement on McWhorter Road (Waxhaw Creek) in Union County. This request is for
a culvert replacement on Waxhaw Creek that is 16 feet longer than existing, 120 linear
feet of bank stabilization and the replacement of a second culvert within the project
limits that carries an unnamed tributary of Waxhaw Creek (5 feet of new impacts).
There will be 0.01 of an acre of wetland fill and 0.01 of an acre of wetland vegetation
clearing as well.
There is a Rapanos form included in the package prepared by STV, but I have attached a
Preliminary JD to help expedite the request. Please let me know if you need any
additional information on this project to help process the request.
