I don’t understand. Did you send him a copy of the memo that you sent us or did he do a public records request for your files as
well? Your memo wasn’t part of the public records request that Mr. Tabor sent to DOT. I think its important the your agency
tells him in writing your decision about compliance, but that’s ultimately up to you and Amy.
