2. THE ENGINEER AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT ALL
EXISTING PIPES USED IN THE FINAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND
AGREE ON THE CONDITION OF THE PIPES PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION. IF DAMAGE OCCURS TO THESE PIPES DURING
CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
