Issue Supplemental Agreement to Increase Easement Area for Sandhills Utility
Services, LLC. (Encl).
2. Fort Bragg's DOA for a Supplemental Agreement to the Sandhills Utility Easement is
approved. The supplement is for 1.21 acre proposed expansion near the intersection of
Butner and Reilly Roads. Sandhills Utility Services will fund the Corps of Engineers
administration and recording costs.
3. Request your office execute appropriate real estate documents to support this
requirement.

environmental documentation at enclosure 2. This action will run
concurrently with the existing easement. Existing easement is issded
for the purposes of privatization of electric utilities. Company
office complex needs additional room for expansion. Customer will
provide administrative fees for processing this action.
