Sue,
Thank you for the head's up phone call on the project with your concern regarding enough area
on Tract 10 for proposed residential use. I met with the applicant today, and he drew out the
area tested by a professional soil's contractor for percability on the map as well as the area
designated on the tract for the house footprint, driveway, and septic drainfield configuration. He
indicated the house will have three bedrooms and needed 150 linear feet of drainline and an
extra 50' for repair. I have shown where he plans on installing the drainfield and the other
elements of the building envelope.
Attached is a PDF map with this information. If there are any questions, please call our office
and you can speak with either me or John Vilas. The applicant would really like to be able to get
the crossing in before the Trout Moratorium goes into effect. He has a grading contractor ready
to do the work once he receives the permit. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Sean Martin
