JAY ZIMMERMAN i ); n_ --,j,,, DWR Project # 2012-0365 Randolph County On March 22, 2017, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a close-out packet from you on behalf of the Division of Mitigation Services (DMS) requesting approval to close-out the subject site from monitoring and maintenance of the riparian areas. On May 9, 2017, Katie Merritt and Sue Homewood with DWR visited the subject site to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. Representatives from Wildlands Engineering, Inc. were also present. An asset map is attached.
