This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Washington County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a
UT (canal) to Scuppernong River, Stream Index No. 30-14-4-(1)
Existing 36" X 30' CMP will be replaced by a 36" X 30' CAP at N 35.8673442° W
76.38994°. Existing pipe is already buried greater than 20% below streambed elevation.
