C) Street address of plant (question 2 of application) R) The correct street address has been added to the application, please see question 2. 2. C) Correct Latitude and Longitude of plant location (question 4 of application) R) The correct Latitude and Longitude of the plant location has been added to the application, please see question 4. 3. C) The "settling pond and stilling basin" needs to be shown on the site diagram as stated on the answer for Question #10 in the application, page 2 of 4.
