Project Location: The project site is located at 101 Anita Forte Drive, adjacent to Highway 24,
Cape Carteret, Carteret County
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to construct three new buildings, 9tormwater
system, repair an existing culvert, redo the existing parking area, install new
wastewater system and maintenance excavate an existing stormwater pond.
