Book 12 at Page 435, Lincoln County, North Carolina Public Registry and incorporated herein by
reference.
By accepting this Deed, Grantee agrees that the within property as shown shall become part of Lighthouse
Point Subdivision, subject to the Covenants and Restrictions as described in Book 1578 at Page 174, and
as,amended in Book 1580 at Page 355 Lincoln County, North Carolina Public Registry. Comprising Lot
7 thereof, as shown on Plat of Said Subdivision.

North Carolina Public Registry.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property and all privileges and appurtenances belonging to the Property to
Grantee in fee simple, Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, has the
right to convey the same in fee simple, that the title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances and that
Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except for the
exceptions hereinafter stated.
