The slope in the filter strip of the proposed level spreader number 2 exceeds the
allowable eight percent. Please either relocate this level spreaders to a location
where the filter strip slope is appropriate for a level spreader or provide a BM that
removes a minimum of 85 percent TSS and 30 percent TN from the stormwater
generated by drainage area 2. For the proposed BMP, please provide a completed
BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items. The BMP Supplement
Forms are available at: littp://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm. Please
include both the Design Summary and the Required Items Checklist
along with all the required items listed therein.
