This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Gates County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. The location is on a UT to Taylor
Swamp in the Chowan River Basin, Stream Index 30-3-2-1-1-1.
Existing 58"X36"X40' CMP will be replaced by a 48" X 40' CAP at N 36.51928° W
76.58887°.
