The special conditions listed on page 2 of the above DWQ Project No. we offer the following
1. No vegetation is on site, nor will any vegetation be removed.
2. The access corridor shall be restored to its original state.
3. The project has no excavation, therefore there will be no spoils generated from the site, nor will
there be equipment staging.
4. This project will not generate any storm water discharge to the buffer of the lake.
5. Upon completion, the attached certificate of completion will be returned to your office.
