Hey Chris,
If you need any more information from me to get this in line let me know. I called my surveyor and we are
meeting on site next Wednesday May 10th to go into more detail about where we want to try to go with this
driveway. I will get you a copy of the map with that location soon after that so you then should have all you

Please find attached the form to complete, and a copy of one of the maps showing streams ("blue -lines") that
would need to be identified to see if they are subject to the Neuse Buffer Rules. Like I'd mentioned on the
phone, driveway crossings are definitely allowable, but it they are small enough, and have no other impacts
than to the buffer, then they might even possibly be exempt, and that will be the benefit of doing the stream
identification/determination to start. If you have any additional questions, please let me know how I can help.
