Please change the 8-digit HUC listed in the B-4507 permit package to 03040101 for
your files The HUC was inadvertently listed as 03040201 We will also be
mitigating for 47 linear feet of stream through EEP, which was not stated in
application A memo and revised PCN will be mailed to you once we receive EEP
