Eric and Rob,
It has been raining very steadily at the project since about 10 00 am this morning
The rain gauge indicated 0 8 inches of rain at around 1 30 pm this afternoon The
forecast indicates that rain will continue through the day and possibly tomorrow
The attached photograph depicts the volume of water that was coming through the
culvert at around 1 00 pm earlier today The amount of rain and volume of water
coming through the culvert may affect the sediment deposited in the stream
Division personnel will reassess the situation first thing tomorrow morning
However, the amount of water in the stream may not have dropped to adequately
determine the extent of sediment in the stream The contractor has been informed to
be on standby with laborers in the event that cleanup can begin
I am still scheduled to meet w/ Rob Ridings tomorrow morning at 10 00 am We will
keep you posted
