On March 4, 2008, I spoke with Mr. Eddie Massey and was submitted photos of the corrections at the site. This
was in response to a prior site visit February 12th. I met at the noted site with your representative, Mr. Eddie Massey, to
discuss the issues. At the conclusion of the meeting the following was decided:
¦ The trees "growing" in the berm of the wet pond adjacent to the level spreader have been cut down and
"poisoned".
¦ The pipe from the main pond directing stream flow to the level spread has been cut to allow stream flow
to flow directly through the culvert and discharge into the stream.
¦ The overflows from the micro pools in the main pond have been refurbished and hardened with riprap to
prevent further erosion.
¦ The vegetation in the main pond must "sprout" per plan. Given the time of year of the inspection this
item must be addressed by the parties involved.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. My concerns regarding the issues with the storm pond have
