This correspondence is in regard to the proposed development Oyster Landing ( DWQ # 20081046, SAW-2006-00189, Clark
Project 05638). We would like to formally withdraw our permit application until such time as we may resubmit a complete application
based upon our meeting today at the NCDENR Wilmington Regional Office. We will resubmit the application so as to reduce the
bulk of the file and potential for confusion by making additional pages and amendments to the existing application.
