This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing pipes in two jurisdictional areas in Gates
County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. The locations are on UT's to Flat Branch (Jones
Swamp) in the Chowan River Basin, Stream Index 25-12-7-1-1.
Existing 42" X 46' CMP will be replaced by a 48" X 50' CAP at N 36.482050° W 76.833217°.
Existing (2) 30" X 40' RCP's will be replaced by a(2) 36" X 40' CAP's at N 36.475420° W 76.826647°.
