We would like to amend the Stormwater Management Plan that was approved Julv 3. 2008.
Specifically, we would like to change the Water Quality Pond for Drainage Area 3 from 85%
TSS removal to 90% TSS removal. Recall that The site consists of 5 drainage areas 2 of
the 5 drainage areas are under the 24% threshold and do not require storm water treatment
The remaining drainage areas are treated using 2 expanded and 1 additional wet pond The
Pond for Drainage Area 3 involves the expansion of an existing pond This amendment would
would allow the shape of the existing pond to be used resulting in construction savings
Please attach a map of site location using USGS 1:24,000 topographic map and County soil survey.

The Marvin Ridge Schools are located at 2825 Crane Road in Waxhaw, Union County NC.
This is the North East corner of the intersection of Crane Road (SR 1307) & Marvin-Waxhaw
