revisions to the original designs, allow this email to serve as renewal of the original 401
Water Quality Certification No. 3886 (GC 4088), Project No. 20151074, issued on
November 5, 2015. Our renewal will be in concurrence with, and at such time that, the
404 renewal is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This email will be archived in
