We have no formal written comments for this project and we appreciate the bridge being replaced with another spanning
structure. We do note, however, that a Federal Species of Concern and State Endangered mussel, the Carolina Creekshell, occurs
not far downstream and request special efforts to prevent offsite sedimentation.

The new GC for the NW13 requires written concurrence for impacts to WSII;HQW. We’ll prepare a PCN and cover letter and be
