Please find the attached DWR approval letter for the Brent Hollifield Stream Stabilization Project.
Because this project is located on a section of the North Fork of the Catawba River that is classified as Trout, you must
apply for a Trout Buffer Variance Permit through the Division of Energy, Minerals, and Land Resources before
commencing with construction. Stan Aiken in the Asheville Regional Office can provide additional information about this
