Brian- After reviewing DOT projects that were recently completed
in or near the Lake Fontana area, I suggest that we can assume 4
water quality BMP structures (hazardous spill basins) are needed
per mile Each structure costs about $40,000 including all
(survey, design, construction & materials, etc ) but maintenance
Two mayor (approximately 35 miles in length, total) roadway
improvement projects might be affected by the proposed ORW
ruling. If you need more information, please advise.
