On March 22, 2017, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a close-out packet from you on
behalf of the Division of Mitigation Services (DMS) requesting approval to close-out the subject site from
monitoring and maintenance of the riparian areas. The site is located within the Upper Falls Lake
Watershed of the Neuse River Basin. On April 26, 2017, Katie Merritt with DWR visited the subject site
to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. An asset map is attached.
As a result of Ms. Merritt's review of the close-out request, the following mitigation is approved:
