Revisions to Northgate Park Buffer Assets
Hey Melonie,
As mentioned yesterday, I was going to follow-up with DMS once I determined whether the BMPs constructed on the
two drainage features at Northgate met the diffused flow requirement in our buffer mitigation rule. It has been decided
that since the drainage features were manipulated to be designed as BMPs to catch and treat stormwater flows, it
would meet the diffuse flow requirement. I'll be preparing the closeout report shortly.
