Action ID# SAW -2013-01480 Dear Chad: Enclosed is a 401 WQC Application submitted on behalf of Debra Williams and Robert Stewart for their lot located off of Sailfish Drive (Lot 328) within Harbor Acres in Holden Beach, NC. The applicants wish to construct a house and driveway within the lot, which will result in 0.08 acre of wetland impact. They propose to purchase 0.10 acre of non -riparian wetland credit from the Stone Farm Regional Mitigation Bank to mitigate for these impacts. Enclosed are the PCN form, site maps, site plan, and JD. The DWR application fee has been submitted to your Raleigh office. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information in order to issue the 401 WQC. Thank you for your assistance with this project.
