Attached please find the Project Description and Permit Drawings for the SR 1141 / Bingham Drive culvert to bridge
project as the result of Hurricane Mathew. The project proposes minimal impacts to the environment. Work has
commenced on the project after our initial Environmental Pre-construction meeting that we had with the project
consultant and contractor on February 21, 2017.
