The project proposes permanent wetland impacts of 0.04 acre of Riverine Wetlands. Mitigation will be requested from DMS for 0.04 acre at a 2: 1 ratio. We had reviewed this bridge project on April 21, 2017. This bridge has been accelerated ahead of the scheduled let, and because of the acceleration, Carolina Ecosystems, Inc. made a Biological Conclusion of MA-NLAA for the Rough-leaved loosestrife and Cooley's meadowrue. Surveys are scheduled for mid-June, and, if no individuals are identified, then, the Biological Conclusion will be changed to No Effect. James J.
