Reason for Visit: Routine Yes No NA NE ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: I visited that site to review a chanqe to an on-site stormwater, diffuse flow measure. As it was oriqinallv desiqned, stormwater was cuttinq an erosion ditch throuqh the buffer. It was decided to build a hvbrid level spreader/enerqv dissipator pad out of riprap to collect runoff and provide diffuse flow. The backhoe operator was in the process of buildinq the structure. Water from the ditch was beqinninq to accumulate in the hvbrid diffuse flow measure. I was satisfied that it would provide the necessarv diffuse flow. I will conduct a follow-uq inspection to review its efficacv. page: 2
