I am a consultant for the North Carolina Department of Transportation
(NCDOT). NCDOT plans to extend Commerce Drive on new location in Onslow County,
NC. Attached to this email is the Start of Study letter for the proposed project, along
with project location and topographic maps. A hard copy has also been mailed to your
office. Your input regarding the proposed project is greatly appreciated. If possible,
please provide your comments by January 16, 2017. Please contact me if you have any
