However, because the site is a spray field for process water associated with a WWTP at the Dunbar Foods facility, the route had to be adjusted to avoid the compliance boundary (the radius of the sprayer, as shown by that dashed blue line in Figure 12). There is also an apartment complex and sewer line located just north, so the line cant be routed for a perpendicular crossing without encroaching on those, or going back into the permitted spray area.
