Comment: This inspection was to investigate a sediment loss. All erosion measures were installed but a few were
overwhelmed. About four, 5-gallon buckets worth of sediment remain in-stream and other repairs were
being made. NPDES records were in order. A follow-up inspection was scheduled for the followina week.
