On April 12, 2017, Mr. Alan Johnson with this Office performed an inspection at the subject site
regarding the 401 Certification. Overall the site was in good condition, however there are two areas of
concern: 1) Wetland BB at the rear of the property (lot 44). Minor housekeeping is required. Given that
the slopes are stable, it would be prudent to relocate the silt fence above the wetland area and reconnect
the drainage back to the pre-existing condition. 2) Buffer impacts were allowed for the
construction/installation of the sewer line (lot 66 and common area). Except for the permanent
maintenance easement, the remaining buffer should be re-established and planted and properly identified.
Your consultant for the original permitting for this site should be able to assist you in this matter.
Please respond within 15 days to verify receipt of this Notice. It is anticipated that these
details will be completed by May 15, 2017. If the completion date need modifying, please provide
