I don't have copies of your SOP prior to 1992. From: Farrell Keough on Tue, Oct 1, 1996 9:10 AM Subject: RE: selenium To: Dianne Reid was this just our SOP or was it a reg ? From: Dianne Reid on Oct 1, 1996 8:55 AM Subject: RE: selenium To: Farrell Keough Prior to 1984, 30Q2 was the flow used to determine limits for toxic substances. So that would appear to be why it was used in 1982 for the permit limit. From: Farrell Keough on Tue, Oct 1, 1996 7:52 AM Subject: RE: selenium To: Dianne Reid did you ever find out anything? From: Greg Thorpe on Sep 19, 1996 4:43 PM Subject: RE: selenium To: Farrell Keough Cc: Beth McGee; Dianne Reid; Steve Zoufaly I haven't a clue. I'll ask Dianne, by way of copy of this message, to look into the selenium file and see if she can come up with anything. From: Farrell Keough on Thu, Sep 19, 1996 2:03 PM Subject: selenium To: Greg Thorpe I've got the Duke - Belews Creek, (Roanoke Basin) permit and in 1982 a 30Q2 was used to determine the selenium limit, (for both the lake and the later discharge to the Dan River). Generally we use this flow statistic for aesthestics, (i.e. phenols, etc). Would you know off the top of your head why this flow statistic was used to determine the limit?
