The project must adhere to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Guidelines for avoiding impacts to the West Indian Manatee. 2. All of the jurisdictional features that aze not authorized for impact should be demarcated with lugh visibility fencing to avoid any equipment from entering during construction. 3. The project must adhere to an in water work moratoria during the timeframe of April 1- September 30. 4. In order to compensate for impacts associated with this permit, mitigation shall be provided in accordance with the provisions outlined on the most recent version of the attached Compensatory Mitigation Responsibility Transfer Form.
