This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing dual pipes in a jurisdictional
area in Hertford County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. The pipes and roadway
were damaged as a result of Hurricane Matthew, and the road is currently closed to
traffic.
Existing (2) 54" X 60' CMP's will be replaced by a 84" X 50' CAP w/ headwalls at N
36.247243° W 77.131031°.
