Please take a look at the attached and let me know your thoughts I have attached

We will begin the process of getting a stream determination done so that we can determine whether this was a man-
made channel or a natural channel You had stated on the phone that if it's a natural stream then it would be subject to
the 30' undisturbed buffer and an additional 20' non -impervious buffer If it's a manmade channel then we will not be
subject to those buffers but must maintain the water quality in the stream
Based on the shape/direction of the channel I believe it to be manmade It runs in a straight line versus the stream
channel on the north side of "Kidsville Playground" that has a natural meander That in combination with the 40'
drainage easement on the plat are both strong correlations that the drainage feature is manmade
