Under the new GC's, any impact to coastal wetlands triggers written approval. I didn't
see any mention of impacts in the CAMA permit, but I will double check. Thanks.

Subject: Dare SR 1134 Skyco Road Replacement Courtesy Notification
This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Dare County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Pipe is located on a UT (canal) to
the Croatan Sound, Stream Index No. 30-20-(2). This pipe is the one in DCM's
jurisdiction we discussed at the precon on March 28t". A scan of the CAMA Permit is
attached.
Existing 18" X 40' RCP will be replaced by 30" X 40' CAP at N 35.87749° W 75.66321°.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or have any concerns.
