Hey Kristi Lynn,
This notification wasn't included with all the others because it was from last year and I
hadn't planned on going back that far. But they put this pipe in just recently and this
project has had lots of issues. I thought it might be easier to track all the inspections if it
had a BIMS #. Do you think it would be a problem to put it in BIMS if it was submitted
back in November?

This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Chowan County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. The pipe and roadway were
damaged as a result of Hurricane Matthew, and the road is currently closed to traffic.
Existing (3) 60" X 60' CMP's will be replaced by a 22'1" X 9'3" X 45' CABC w/ headwalls at
N 36.232901° W 76.637084°.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or have any concerns.
