The Division has reviewed your request to implement a study of dust control products on the coal cars
bringing coal to the station for delivery. With this letter, approval is granted to implement this study using
Dustkyll and Dustban L35. It is the Division's understanding that any overflow of either product will be sent to
the ash basin for treatment.
