The outfalls from the facility flow generally to the east and west. Flows to the east discharge into Wolf Meadow Branch of
Coddle Creek. Flows to the west discharge into an unnamed branch of Coddle Creek. Coddle Creek is a tributary of the
Rocky River, part of the Yadkin -Pee Dee River drainage basin. Coddle Creek from a point 0.2 miles upstream of NC Highway
73 to the Rocky River is considered impaired with a Fair Bioclassification Rating for Benthos (Nar, AL, FW) and is listed on
the NC 303(d) list of impaired waters.
