TEMPORARY PUMP AROUND 4.1. SANDBAG DIKES SHALL BE SITUATED AT THE UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM ENDS OF THE WORK AREA AND STREAM FLOW SHALL BE PUMPED AROUND THE WORK AREA.
