I looked at Davis Branch this weekend. In general the plan looks pretty good. One thing I can't figure
out is how they made the decisions regarding restoration vs. enhancement. For instance, UT-1 looks
like the whole think is in pretty bad shape, but they are doing part restoration and part enhancement.
Otherwise, I have no comments/concerns.
