I sent you a letter today in reference to the Pieper matter you, Glenn Dunn and I discussed on May 28
at your office. I just noticed that the first line of the letter I sent today references a prior May 29 letter
from me. The correct date of my prior letter to you was actually May 15, 2008 - there is no May 29
letter. Sorry about any confusion. Thanks for your assistance.
