Hi Katie,
Thanks for the reviews for the buffer sites. I just wanted to make a note for our files regarding the Coon Creek
review. You commented that the report needs to be updated to show the buffer numbers that were in the as -built
report. The as -built report showed a buffer acreage equal to the contracted amount, and did not accurately reflect the
amount planted. When I reviewed the shape files in MY2 (when I became the project manager), I noted that their actual
buffer acreage was less than that reported as planted on the as -built, but more than shown on the credit table. They did
not completely "fix" this problem in MY2 because O -Brian and Gere did not think they needed to show more than their
contracted amount, and it was corrected in MY3. Basically, the numbers shown on the table in MY3 are correct and
accurately reflect the credit available on site.
