Action ID: SAW-2016-00748. Based on the information you provided, the project does
not involve a discharge of dredged or fill material into waters of the US. As such, no
Department of Army authorization is required for this project. If you have any questions

Please find the attached application for the above bridge replacement. Please note that
there are NO stream or wetland impacts proposed - only Jordan Lake Riparian Buffer
impacts are proposed.

acknowledges no 404 impacts (at your convenience of course).
